REDEVELOPMENT OF GRADE II LISTED COTTAGES

Thorner is a beautiful village located on the boarder of West and North Yorkshire, where Stangrove project managed this development. This project required exacting attention to detail in order to preserve the heritage of the buildings yet modernising the properties fit for another chapter in their history. The background to these cottages is fascinating, having served many purposes in the village, from piggery farm houses, to village hardware store to family home. Property conversions like this are rare, being held within the family for previous generations.
